Kobie says "Just do it!"

The Cityfit coaches have noticed the incredible work Kobie has been putting in to improve her fitness. Kobie joined the Cityfit FXT program to lose weight, become fit and healthy and to meet new people.

Being a busy mum and running her own business means that her daily routine is always stressful. She has hundreds of jobs to do every day and quite often this is where people say it becomes hard to find the time to get to the gym.  Kobie has found that booking into her sessions a week in advance helps her to organise her week to ensure she doesn't miss out on her workouts.

While doing the FXT program Kobie's efforts have resulted in an almost 12kg drop in her bodyweight. She really enjoys the Small Group Training in FXT because the smaller class size means more one on one attention, therefore working harder and achieving better results.

When asked about the difficulties of starting a new exercise plan Kobie's advice follows a simple rule. "Just do it! You will thank yourself for it later."

Kobie's family were a great support when she talked to them about how important getting back into shape was for her.

Personal Trainer, James Gallagher says "Since helping Kobie with her training, she has improved out of sight. She has gone from strength to strength and is smashing pull ups, push ups and continuing to hit PB's with her strength lifting.  I am very proud of her and the drive and happiness she brings to every session. Keep up the awesome work Kobie."
